1 month Software Service Warrenty only, no Product Warrenty. for software issue need to send product on our service center or you can visit, freight charges will be bare by customer of both side

केवल 1 महीने की सॉफ़्टवेयर सेवा वारंटी, कोई उत्पाद वारंटी नहीं। सॉफ़्टवेयर समस्या के लिए उत्पाद को हमारे सेवा केंद्र पर भेजना होगा या आप जा सकते हैं, माल ढुलाई शुल्क दोनों तरफ के ग्राहकों द्वारा देय होगा

3-days Replacment Policy from day of delivery. डिलीवरी के दिन से 3 दिन की रिप्लेसमेंट पॉलिसी।

No Return Policy Applicable on this Product. इस उत्पाद पर कोई वापसी नीति लागू नहीं है।

Order Canclation Policy:ऑर्डर रद्दीकरण नीति:

after dispatch or before delivery or on delivery time Order cancellation is chargeable, Amount will be refund after deduction of 500rs on prepaid and 600 on cod, if order will cancel after booking but before dispatch Refund will initiate and it will be reflect in 10 days in your Original source of payment,

if you have COD order then advance payment will not refundable in order canclation or refusing by custmer in any of his condition, if courier RTO is happened then No Return of COD advance payment.

डिस्पैच के बाद या डिलिवरी से पहले या डिलिवरी समय पर ऑर्डर कैंसल करने पर शुल्क लगता है, यदि ऑर्डर बुकिंग के बाद लेकिन डिस्पैच से पहले कैंसिल हो जाता है तो 600 रुपये की कटौती के बाद राशि वापस कर दी जाएगी, रिफंड शुरू हो जाएगा और यह आपके भुगतान के मूल स्रोत में 10 दिनों में दिखाई देगा।

यदि आपके पास सीओडी ऑर्डर है तो ग्राहक द्वारा उसकी किसी भी स्थिति में ऑर्डर रद्द करने या मना करने पर अग्रिम भुगतान वापस नहीं किया जाएगा, यदि कूरियर आरटीओ हुआ है तो सीओडी अग्रिम भुगतान वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।

☆what happen if you recieved damaged or crushed box but product received well condition,  not brokken, and also all things working well:

then you should simply use it and enjoy, dont worry about box. becauae we are selling only new products, some time its happend due to courier services.

☆क्या होगा यदि आपको क्षतिग्रस्त या कुचला हुआ बॉक्स मिला है लेकिन उत्पाद अच्छी स्थिति में है, टूटा हुआ नहीं है, और सभी चीजें अच्छी तरह से काम कर रही हैं:

*☆what happen if recieved damaged Product, like (Game Console or controller):

then 3 days replacment period will work. custmer need to mention this compulsary on his first msg or in his first call that Gaming Console or controllers received damage. otherwise product will not replace.

☆यदि क्षतिग्रस्त उत्पाद प्राप्त हो तो क्या होगा, जैसे (गेम कंसोल या कंट्रोलर):

तो 3 दिन की प्रतिस्थापन अवधि काम करेगी। ग्राहक को अपने पहले संदेश या पहली कॉल में यह अनिवार्य रूप से बताना होगा कि गेमिंग कंसोल या कंट्रोलर को नुकसान हुआ है। अन्यथा उत्पाद प्रतिस्थापित नहीं होगा. 

Note: Pls record a video of product unboxing front of courier boy, its compulsory for damage product proof, if you have recieved damaged product then we need unboxing video, otherwise we cant help you in this case, and replacment will not possible.

ध्यान दें: कृपया कूरियर बॉय के सामने उत्पाद अनबॉक्सिंग का एक वीडियो रिकॉर्ड करें, क्षतिग्रस्त उत्पाद सबूत के लिए यह अनिवार्य है, यदि आपको क्षतिग्रस्त उत्पाद प्राप्त हुआ है तो हमें अनबॉक्सिंग वीडियो की आवश्यकता है, अन्यथा हम इस मामले में आपकी मदद नहीं कर सकते हैं, और प्रतिस्थापन संभव नहीं होगा।
